Uncontested Divorce & Legal Separation

For clients who are largely in agreement and seeking a legal separation or divorce without court, I draft and prepare enforceable agreements that allow the process to move forward without unnecessary litigation*.

This may include:

  • Separation Agreement and CR 2A Stipulation

  • Parenting Plan and residential schedule

  • Division of property and debts

  • Child support terms and required court filings

* Agreements still require a judicial order to be final. The Firm is glad to handle all filings on behalf of clients, with clients paying the requisite court filing fees.

Parenting Plans

Parenting plans are tailored to reflect the realities of each family’s schedule, communication needs, and long-term goals. Plans are drafted to be practical, durable, and enforceable.

Common features include:

  • Week-on/week-off, 2-2-3, or custom residential schedules

  • Holiday and vacation rotations

  • Joint decision-making protocols

  • Relocation clauses and dispute resolution terms

Child Support

Washington courts require specific documentation to enter or modify child support. Support obligations are calculated based on actual parenting arrangements and financial circumstances, and drafted in accordance with state guidelines.

Support-related services may include:

  • Child Support Worksheets and FL 130 Orders

  • Financial Declarations and income documentation

  • Written agreements that meet legal requirements

Document Review & Limited-Scope Support

For those managing their own process but seeking legal oversight, flat-fee document review and limited-scope coaching are available. This is often a good fit for clients who want to avoid costly mistakes or make sure everything is done correctly before filing.

If full agreement isn’t possible, representation can shift toward negotiation, litigation, or other necessary court proceedings—always with professionalism and purpose.

  • Initial Consultation – A complimentary 45-minute meeting to learn about your situation and discuss potential options.

  • Document Preparation – If the matter is uncontested or partially agreed, I prepare tailored legal documents for review and revision.

  • Negotiation or Filing – For contested matters, I assist in negotiation or represent clients in court as needed.

  • Final Orders – After resolution, I handle the final filings to ensure orders are properly entered and enforceable.
