Individual: $400 | Couple: $600

Revocable Living Trust Plan

This more comprehensive package is ideal for those who want to avoid probate, provide for loved ones with added structure, or plan for complex assets. Includes:

  • Revocable living trust agreement

  • Pour-over wills

  • Durable powers of attorney

  • Health care directive and final wishes

  • One deed to transfer real property into the trust

Starting at: $1,800

Power of Attorney Package

For those who just need powers of attorney and health directives, this package offers peace of mind in medical and financial decision-making.

Individual: $200 | Couple: $300

Updating an Existing Plan

If your family, assets, or wishes have changed, we can update your plan accordingly. Simple changes are a flat fee of $150, and more complex revisions are billed at Collin’s hourly rate of $325/hour.
