Outside General Counsel services are ideal for businesses seeking consistent legal support without the cost of hiring a full-time attorney. With flat monthly fees and a relationship-first approach, clients benefit from reliable access to legal insight that grows with their business.

• Starter GC Plan: $1,250

  • Up to 4 hours/month, email and phone access, 48-hour response, up to 2 scheduled consultations/month

• Growth GC Plan: $2,500

  • Up to 8 hours/month, 24-hour response, 4 consultations/month, one contract review or draft/month

• Scale GC Plan: $3,750

  • Up to 12 hours/month, same-day response for urgent matters, board prep and meeting support, policy and compliance review

Additional hours may be available at $325/hour or through a customized arrangement. Time may carry over for one month under certain plan terms. Plan upgrades are available and offered on a prorated basis.
